Where is Yalyalup?
On the south-eastern edge of Busselton, south of Geographe and the Port Geographe canals and east of Bovell (see the suburb map below). It shares Busselton's 6280 postcode.

The estates
Yalyalup has grown through two estates. Provence was the first; resale land there still changes hands. Embark Busselton, by Yolk Property Group, describes itself as "just two jetty lengths from town" and has released stages with lots of about 436 to 748 square metres; an amendment to the Provence structure plan covering Embark was advertised by the City.
