Where the numbers come from
- Prices and rents: REIWA's published suburb profiles, built from Landgate's record of settled sales, with the date each was updated. We quote medians, quartiles, annual change, rents and days on market. We do not copy sold lists, addresses or photos.
- Suburb shapes: OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
- Population: dated Australian Bureau of Statistics Census tables and City of Busselton community reporting; REIWA’s separately labelled population figures may use a different vintage.
- Photos: Wikimedia Commons, credited on every page.
Who writes it
